Step 1: Prepare the filling
- I add shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, and all seasonings to a bowl. I mix everything well until evenly combined.

Step 2: Fill the wrappers
- I place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. I add filling in the center and fold it tightly, sealing the edges with water.

Step 3: Heat the oil
- I heat oil in a pan over medium heat. You want the oil hot but not smoking.

Step 4: Fry the egg rolls
- I gently place egg rolls in the oil and fry until golden brown on all sides. This takes about 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Step 5: Drain and rest
- I remove the egg rolls and place them on paper towels. I let them rest for a minute before serving.

Notes
- I love serving these egg rolls hot with ranch, sweet chili sauce, or honey mustard.
- They work great as a party appetizer or a game-day snack.
