  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the filling
  1. I add shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, and all seasonings to a bowl. I mix everything well until evenly combined.

Step 2: Fill the wrappers
  1. I place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. I add filling in the center and fold it tightly, sealing the edges with water.

Step 3: Heat the oil
  1. I heat oil in a pan over medium heat. You want the oil hot but not smoking.

Step 4: Fry the egg rolls
  1. I gently place egg rolls in the oil and fry until golden brown on all sides. This takes about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
