Method
Step 1: Melt the butter
- I start by melting butter in a small saucepan over low heat. You want it smooth, not browned.

Step 2: Add garlic
- Next, I add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds. This releases that strong garlic aroma you will love.

Step 3: Mix the spices
- Now, I add cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and brown sugar. I stir well so everything blends evenly.

Step 4: Add hot sauce and vinegar
- Then I pour in the hot sauce and white vinegar. I mix slowly and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5: Cool and serve
- Once done, I remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. Your Buffalo Garlic Blaze sauce is ready to use.

Notes
- I love serving this sauce with fried chicken, wings, or chicken tenders.
- You can also drizzle it over burgers or use it as a spicy dipping sauce.
