Step 1: Prepare the coating
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Step 2: Coat the chicken
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat it evenly with the flour mixture. Place them on a plate and let them rest for a few minutes.
Step 3: Fry the tenders
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders for 6–8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Make garlic butter sauce
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Cook the minced garlic for one minute, or until it becomes aromatic. Stir in grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
Step 5: Toss and serve
- Toss the crispy chicken tenders in the warm garlic parmesan sauce until coated. Serve immediately while hot and fresh.
