Step 1: Marinate the proteins
- Add soy sauce and cornstarch to three small bowls. Add shrimp to one bowl, chicken to the second, and beef to the third. Mix each gently and rest for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Stir-fry proteins
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Cook chicken until lightly golden, then remove. Repeat with beef and shrimp. Do not overcook shrimp.

Step 3: Stir-fry vegetables
- Add a little more oil. Cook broccoli, carrots, garlic, ginger, and bell peppers for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp but tender.

Step 4: Prepare the sauce
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth, sesame oil, and a little cornstarch slurry until smooth.

Step 5: Combine and finish
- Return chicken, beef, and shrimp to the wok. Pour the sauce and toss until everything is coated and glossy.

Notes
Serve Triple Delight over steamed rice, noodles, or fried rice. I love sprinkling sesame seeds or adding chili flakes for a spicy kick.
