  • 2 large poblano peppers

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small jalapeño optional, for heat

Method
 

Step 1: Roast the Poblanos
  1. Place poblano peppers on a hot skillet or grill. Roast until all sides are charred. Peel off the skin and remove seeds.
