Step 1: Roast the Poblanos
- Place poblano peppers on a hot skillet or grill. Roast until all sides are charred. Peel off the skin and remove seeds.

- Add roasted poblanos, mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and jalapeño (optional) into a blender.

Step 3: Blend Until Smooth
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If necessary, adjust the salt or lime after tasting.

Step 4: Chill and Serve
- To let the flavors meld, refrigerate for half an hour. Serve chilled.
