Step 1: Mix the marinade
- I add soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to a bowl. Then I whisk everything until well combined and smooth.

Step 2: Add seasonings
- I stir in brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and salt. I mix again until the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 3: Marinate the meat
- You place your steak or chicken in a ziplock bag. I pour the marinade over it and coat it evenly. I refrigerate it for at least 2 hours for the best flavor.

Step 4: Grill the kabobs
- I thread the marinated meat onto skewers. You grill them over medium heat, turning often, until juicy and perfectly cooked.
