Step 1: Sauté the vegetables
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Mix the stuffing
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked vegetables with crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and seasonings. Mix gently to avoid breaking the crab meat.

Step 3: Stuff the shells
- Spoon the mixture evenly into clean crab shells or ramekins. Sprinkle paprika on top for color and extra flavor.

Step 4: Bake the stuffed crab
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the stuffed crab on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and heated through.

Step 5: Serve and enjoy
- Take it out of the oven and let it to cool a little. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges.
