Step 1: Prepare the Bread
- Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise. Place both pieces on a baking sheet with the inside facing up.

Step 2: Make the Seafood Mixture
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, melted butter, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, shrimp, crab meat, and half the mozzarella.

Step 3: Spread the Topping
- Spread the seafood mixture evenly over the bread slices. Top with the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella.

Step 4: Bake the Bread
- Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.

Step 5: Serve
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and slice into pieces. Enjoy immediately.

Notes
Serve this seafood bread hot, right out of the oven. I love pairing it with a bowl of seafood boil or creamy chowder.
