  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 jalapeño sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the chicken
  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside.
