Step 1: Toast the noodles

- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar until smooth.

Step 3: Mix the salad
- Add coleslaw mix and chopped green onions to a large bowl. Pour the toasted ramen and nut mixture on top.
