Step 1: Activate the yeast
- In a bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

Step 2: Prepare the dough
- Add butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and soft.

Step 3: Let the dough rise
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Step 4: Shape the rolls
- Divide the dough into 12 balls. Place them on a lined tray.

Step 5: Second rise
- Cover again and let the rolls rise for 25 minutes.

Step 6: Bake the rolls
- Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden on top.

Step 7: Brush with butter
- Brush the warm rolls with melted butter for the classic Ozzie finish.
