  • 3 to 3½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing

Method
 

Step 1: Activate the yeast
  1. In a bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
