Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- I start by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. I press this mixture firmly into a pie dish to form an even crust.

Step 2: Bake the Crust
- I bake the crust at 350°F for about 10 minutes. This helps it set and adds a light crunch. Then I let it cool slightly.

Step 3: Make the Filling
- In another bowl, I whisk condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks. I keep mixing until the filling looks smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Bake the Pie
- I pour the filling into the prepared crust. Then I bake it again for 12 to 15 minutes until the center is just set.

Step 5: Chill and Serve
- I let the pie cool completely, then chill it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, I top it with whipped cream and lime slices.

Notes
I love serving this pie chilled with extra whipped cream on top. You can also add fresh berries for a pop of color.
