Step 1: Activate the yeast
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Give it five minutes to sit until it foams.
Step 2: Make the dough
- Add flour, salt, melted butter, and olive oil. Knead until smooth and elastic. For one hour, cover and allow it to rise.
Step 3: Roll and cut
- Roll the dough on a floured surface. Cut into small triangle or chip-like pieces.
Step 4: Cook the snackers
- Heat a skillet or griddle. Cook each piece for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 5: Make the cheese dip
- Mix mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Step 6: Serve warm
- Serve the hot snackers with the creamy cheese dip on the side.
