Step 1: Cook the pasta
- In salted water, boil the rigatoni until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Stir in the tomato paste. Cook until it darkens and becomes rich.

Step 4: Add vodka
- Pour in the vodka. Let it cook for a minute so the alcohol evaporates.

Step 5: Make it creamy
- Add heavy cream, butter, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Step 6: Add pasta and cheese
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 7: Serve hot
- Plate the pasta and top with more cheese and pepper flakes.
