  • 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, oregano, lime juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
