Step 1: Heat the water
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan or tea kettle until hot and bubbling.

Step 2: Add lemon balm leaves
- Turn off the heat and add fresh or dried lemon balm leaves to the hot water. Give it five to seven minutes to steep.

Step 3: Strain and flavor
- Strain the tea into a mug. Add lemon slices and honey if you prefer sweetness.

Step 4: Serve
- Stir well and enjoy warm. Drink once or twice a day for best results.

Notes
Serve this tea warm in the morning on an empty stomach to boost digestion.
