  • Mandoline slicer or sharp knife

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the potatoes
  1. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife. Keep slices uniform for even cooking.

  1. Combine the melted butter, olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, and garlic powder in a bowl and toss the potato pieces. Coat well.
