  • 2 cups cooked mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen corn steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups prepared brown gravy
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
  1. Soak the chicken pieces in buttermilk for 15–20 minutes to tenderize and flavor the meat.
