Step 1: Preheat the oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This ensures your cookies bake evenly and don’t stick.

Step 2: Mix dry ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine Herbalife Formula 1 mix, rolled oats, almond flour, and baking powder. Whisk until everything is evenly blended.

Step 3: Add wet ingredients
- In another bowl, mix honey, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Step 4: Combine everything
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until a thick dough forms. If you’re using chocolate chips, fold them in now.

Step 5: Shape and bake
- Scoop small portions of dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden around the edges.

Step 6: Cool and serve
- Let the cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Enjoy them warm or store for later.
