Method
 

Step 1: Preheat the oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This ensures your cookies bake evenly and don’t stick.

  1. In another bowl, mix honey, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  1. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until a thick dough forms. If you’re using chocolate chips, fold them in now.
