Step 1: Preheat the oven
- Put parchment paper on a baking pan and preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
Step 2: Mix dry ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Step 3: Add wet ingredients
- Pour in melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Step 4: Spread and bake
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant.
Step 5: Cool and store
- Allow granola to cool completely. Store in an airtight jar for freshness.
