  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds chopped
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Method
 

Step 1: Preheat the oven
  1. Put parchment paper on a baking pan and preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.

  1. Pour in melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

  1. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant.
