Step 1: Prepare the Crab Meat
- Chop or shred the imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large mixing bowl.

- Add the finely chopped celery and red onion to the bowl with the crab meat.
Step 3: Mix the Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4: Combine Everything
- Pour the dressing over the crab and veggies. Mix well until everything is nicely coated.

- Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Store any leftover Golden Corral Crab Salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It stays fresh for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing, as the mayonnaise can separate.
