Step 1: Prepare the scallops
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on both sides.
Step 2: Sear the scallops
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Place scallops in the pan and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the garlic butter sauce
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter to the skillet along with the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Add wine and lemon
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice. To gradually decrease, let it simmer for two to three minutes.
Step 5: Finish and serve
- Return scallops to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over them. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftover Frontier Scallops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To preserve moisture, reheat slowly in a skillet with a little broth.
