Step 1: Gather All Ingredients
- Start by getting all your ingredients ready. Make sure the bananas and cauliflower rice are completely frozen.
Step 2: Blend Until Creamy
- Add the frozen bananas, cauliflower rice, vanilla almond milk, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract to your blender. Blend until the texture is smooth and thick. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Step 3: Adjust Sweetness
- Taste your base. If you’d like it sweeter, add maple syrup or honey and blend again for a few seconds.
Step 4: Serve Immediately
- Serve immediately after scooping the vanilla base into bowls. It ought to resemble soft-serve ice cream in consistency.
Step 5: Top It Up
- Add your favorite toppings—sliced fruits, granola, seeds, nut butter, or coconut flakes.
Notes
I always recommend making it fresh, but if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later use
