Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add a little water and taco seasoning and stir. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the seasoning blends well.

- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet. Make sure they overlap slightly to create a strong base for the toppings.

- Sprinkle both kinds of cheese over the chips. Add cooked beef, onions, and jalapeños evenly.

Step 4: Bake Until Melty
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 8–10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Step 5: Add Fresh Toppings and Serve
- Remove from the oven. Top with diced tomatoes, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with cilantro if you like. Serve immediately while warm and gooey.
