- Peel the banana and cucumber. Slice them into chunks for easy blending.

- Add banana, cucumber, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, lemon juice, and ice cubes into a blender.
Step 3: Blend Smooth
- Mix at high speed for approximately 30 to 60 seconds until the smoothie achieves a creamy and smooth consistency.
Step 4: Serve Fresh
- Pour the smoothie into glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Although it’s best enjoyed fresh, you can store the smoothie in an airtight mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
