  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place both halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Sauté until softened. Then stir in crawfish tails and Creole seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes.
