Step 1: Cook the beef mixture
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Step 2: Prepare the biscuit cups
- Flatten each biscuit and press into a greased muffin tin, shaping to form cups.
Step 3: Fill and top
- Spoon beef mixture into each biscuit cup. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top of each.
Step 4: Bake
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
Step 5: Serve warm
- Remove from muffin tin and serve hot.
Notes
Remaining Cheeseburger Cups can be kept in the fridge for up to three days in an airtight container.
