Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 12 pieces

Method
 

Step 1: Cook the beef mixture
  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Step 2: Prepare the biscuit cups
  1. Flatten each biscuit and press into a greased muffin tin, shaping to form cups.

  1. Spoon beef mixture into each biscuit cup. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top of each.
