  • 1 cup fresh cilantro packed
  • 1 cup fresh parsley packed
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
  1. Wash herbs, peel garlic, and remove stems from the chili peppers. Roughly chop them for easier blending.
