Step 1: Make the Big Mac-style sauce
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup (if using), chopped pickles, chopped onion, vinegar, and sugar. Stir well until smooth. Set it aside or chill in the fridge.
Step 2: Cook the beef
- Heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan. Add the ground beef and cook over medium heat for about 6–8 minutes. Season with salt, garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Turn off the heat.
Step 3: Warm the tortillas
- Warm each tortilla in a dry pan for about 15–20 seconds on each side to make them soft and pliable.
Step 4: Assemble the wraps
- Spread 1–2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce on the center of each tortilla. Add a spoonful of cooked beef, followed by lettuce, diced onion, pickles, and a slice of cheese.
Step 5: Fold and toast
- Tightly roll the wrap after folding the bottom up and folding the sides in. If you want a toasted wrap, place it back on the pan seam-side down for 1–2 minutes to seal and crisp slightly.
Step 6: Serve
- Slice in half if you like, and serve immediately while the cheese is still slightly melted and the wrap is warm.
Notes
Store the leftover Big Mac Wrap Recipe, cooked beef, and sauce separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
