Step 1: Boil the eggs
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let them rest briefly.

Step 2: Cool and peel
- Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to cold water. Peel them gently once cooled. This helps keep the egg whites smooth.

Step 3: Prepare the filling
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash them until smooth.

Step 4: Mix the yolk filling
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mix until creamy and well combined.

Step 5: Fill the eggs
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top for a classic finish.
