Step 1: Prepare the chicken
- I start by patting the chicken dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick better and gives you a nice grill finish.

Step 2: Season the chicken
- I mix olive oil, mesquite seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. I coat the chicken well so every bite is flavorful.

Step 3: Preheat the grill
- You and I both know a hot grill matters. I preheat it to medium-high heat so the chicken cooks evenly and gets those grill marks.

Step 4: Grill the chicken
- I place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes per side. I flip once and let the smoky flavor build slowly.

Step 5: Rest and serve
- I remove the chicken when it reaches safe doneness and let it rest for a few minutes. This keeps it juicy before serving.

Notes
I love serving this chicken with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh garden salad.
