Description
LongHorn Steakhouse Wings are juicy chicken wings tossed in a bold, smoky, slightly spicy sauce that tastes just like what you order at the restaurant.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Wings
- I start by patting the wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy. Then I toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne.

Step 2: Bake the Wings
- I place the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. I bake them at 425°F for about 30 minutes. I flip them halfway so they cook evenly.

Step 3: Make the Sauce
- While the wings bake, I melt butter in a saucepan. I stir in hot sauce and honey. I let it simmer for a minute until smooth and glossy.

Step 4: Toss and Serve
I remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the warm sauce. I make sure every wing is coated well. Then they are ready to serve hot.Â
Notes
- I like serving these wings hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
- They pair perfectly with celery sticks, fries, or a fresh salad.
